K W1 StarTwo staff members in the warehouse tells me I can't be in the warehouse without a staff member. Not great customer service, gone to another merchants because they took long.
Reply on Google was quicker than the customer service.
Two staff members were chatting away about there weekend with no mask, while telling me to go find someone else to help, not really a worthy excuse but hey, you do you!Tuesday 1st June 2021

David Bromwich5 StarThis is a top builders yard. Great stock and quality of products. Delivery service is easily the best in London. Was 2 tonne bags short for a screed floor. Called up at 10am and delivery was done by 11:30am. Not just a one off and usually get same day deliveries

Howard F1 StarSpectacularly grumpy staff. Seem to be in a competition with each other as to who can be the surliest. The stock range is good which frankly is the only reason to visit.
Update.
A year later I’m forced to return. After being ignored at the counter for a few minutes we were eventually served by a friendly person so maybe it’s a step forward.Tuesday 7th July 2020
