I was having some back issues that were causing me some discomfort, and due to take a long plane journey. I was recommended Ceri by a friend so I booked an appointment. Everything was very nicely laid out when I got there, which was good to start the relaxation. Ceri went through a few brief questions to gauge what I might need and the obligatory health and safety things, then started applying her art. This was the first time I'd got a professional massage, so had no idea what to expect. The Holistyx website covered everything that was expected and some helpful advice for what to do before and after the session. I left feeling very relaxed and my back felt a lot better. The plane journey went with no real discomfort (besides that of being cooped up in a aluminium can). I would heartily recommend a session or two if you are either having muscle issues, or just want help relaxing.
