Friendly staff but I find their prices are exorbitant compared to online. They have a great selection and it's handy if you need something right away. You can order online and collect in store or at least that was the practice during lockdown. I tried to reserve an item and do the same again but I couldn't find the option on the website. I decided I wasn't paying over the odds and £3 postage too. There was no way to check whether an item was available in store either as far as I could see.

Not the most exhaustive haircare selection (only conditioners, no shampoos for certain brands), but the staff member who was there when I was is amazing!!! She gave me lots of (personalised) advice, without trying to sell me a product and even directing me to other shops that might better suit my desires. I don't know your name, but you're great!

Really friendly and helpful staff, full of information and advice. I found my trip here to be very useful. While the shop itself is small (and therefore probably doesn't have the full range of products) it had everything I needed and is a handy place to go when you want some nutritional supplements and advice.
