This health shop used to be the best around but unfortunately they seem to have been taken over by CBD products and muscle builders. The basic health items and helpful home remedies have taken a back seat to the more highly priced items. Such a shame, we still need a good health shop in Belper. Perhaps the manager will take note and learn. I have been going in for more than 20 years, before it became‘the new name’. Sad to see the loss of a wonderful health shop.

I rang at lunchtime today, enquiring the availability of products, out of stock online. The person who took the call, listened and was extremely helpful. When I asked if I could pay for the products I wanted, she told me that, although they didn't accept payment over the phone, she could put the order behind the counter, for me to pick up and pay for later. How good was that? I picked up the order, which was waiting as promised. Both staff in the shop, were very friendly and very helpful.

After much frustration and difficulties with online Ordering, Gemma at the Belper branch, offered to help me sort out all my subscriptions and orders and followed up immediately with a phone call to confirm everything had been done for me. Thank you Gemma for your excellent customer service, your are a great credit to the business.

Great store with kind staff who are helpful if you need them. You can find everything you need here in terms of health food and a good unique vegan range of products too.
