I’m a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and have been practising for 7 years. I've worked alongside professional sports teams and physiotherapists, and now treat my clients from home. Sports massage isn't just for sports people, it is a deep tissue massage suitable for all. From your general aches and pains to more chronic problems. Sports massage can improve general muscle mobility for all and reduce muscle pain as well as preventing regular injuries. Holly really does offer the ultimate service. She is easy to contact, accommodating, flexible and super  knowledgeable. Her Cheltenham location is really simple to get to and there's heaps of parking outside! I really enjoy working with her, I'm in very safe hands :)I absolutly love my training and Holly irons out those niggles and gets me back on my way in no time! I have been visiting Holly for sports massage for the last 2 years. Its clear that Holly knows her anatomy well and has provided an execellent service which has supported my tennis and skiing activities well. Holly provides an excellent service at a very fair price.
