If I could I will give 0 stars! I don’t know how lots of people said the staff was helpful! Yesterday I visited Homebase for the first time and that is because I needed a jigsaw for my doors and it was the only place in town that had them on stock so I headed there,it took me about an hour to get to the store. When I got there and the jigsaw I wanted ,SRK 632427 ,wasn’t on the shelf even tho appeared to be in stock. A member of the staff confirmed that it was on stock,but the products are on the warehouse and I should come back in 2 days to get it because this is when it should be on the shelf. Like,in 2 days?? Seriously,Homebase?? I left there very disappointed! If I wanted a product in 2 days I would order it online (thing I’ve done bought it from Amazon where it was £5 cheaper too). So yeah, 0 ⭐️ service from Homebase team! So if you see something on stock that you want don’t go there call first or click and collect because the stuff won’t help you in store!!

Well laid out had everything I wanted got to the checkout and very strange set up customer service was meant to be serving but had to deal with a query click and collect 3 on 1 customer and we had to wait till a colleague came off break before click and collect would entertain serving us. spoilt what started out by being a good experience.

Totally unhelpful lady at customet services,ignored myself+4 other people, another lady organised a member of staff to assist me. He was quick +helpful. Not as good as forestside branch, so I stick with forestside, at least they speak to customers.

Big store, lots of lovely goodies, very helpful staff. Stock of tiles, descriptions and colours very poor. Wasted trip to Belfast store after visiting Craigavon store. Disappointing.

Looking for a kitchen, Homebase was great, could not fault them. Peter who attended towards design, was ever so helpful and took the stress out of where goes where, he got it all down to perfection. Customer service excellent when rang about two products that hadn't come and Peter was on to it and got sorted even replaced with a more upgrade as out of stock. Homebase was always the place for paint and wallpaper in the past and will go back again.
