bernadette baker1 StarWe ordered from Hong chow for 2 years and lived it but the last 5 times we got terrible service and everything apart from what we actually ordered. When we tried to complain about the wrong order again tonight they hung up on me 4 times so rang from a different number, finally they answered an hour later and asked me to retthe food to them so they could send it out again!! With covid and even in normal times this is absolutely disgusting. Please do not go here you may get more than you bargained for and end up ill. Such a shame as we have been loyal for over 2 years!!Saturday 25th September 2021
