We understand these are very challenging and unprecedented times, in light of the situation relating to COVID-19. We acknowledge how worrying it must be for both you and your loved ones, and we assure you that we are doing all we can do to help within the best of our ability.

We have implemented several measures, including limiting external visitors to the home except where essential, enhancing our cleaning schedules and endeavouring to have ample supplies in place. We are also working closely with our local authorities to safeguard our residents. Our focus remains on the well-being of our residents and staff.
