Really helpful, staff that actually know something about the animals they sell. What a change to other stores! Decent prices for an independent pet store, fab range of equipment. Animals and fish are happy healthy and pretty relaxed. Will definitely be back. We came for fish and tank supplies, usually go to Maidenhead aquatics or ripples but will just head here in future.

First time I have used this company for my Arden Grange dog food. Cheaper than other companies, and came very quickly. Will definitely use again.

Bought a Catit Cabrio pet carrier right at the end of last year. I have used it 3 times and already it's broken. I understand it was a while since I bought it but it's not fit for purpose after breaking on the 3rd use. I was fobbed off and told to contact the manufacturer... Who have ignored me. In response to their reply below...... Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. It was used 3 times, that doesn't fall under satisfactory quality or fit for purpose!
