Glyn Berrington4 StarCant complain, modern hotel with gym, bar and buffet breakfast, I believe they also do evening meal. Room was spacious, big double bed, good power shower and it was clean an quite. Breakfast was hot and fresh, plenty of choice. My only 2 gripes would be not the best location as close to M5 and you can hear road noise and there is a real lack of staff, couldn't get a drink at bar and nobody at reception for a receipt. All that said I would stay here again.Friday 23rd December 2022
Mrs L5 StarAttended a Church conference nearby and needed a last minute room after a late finish. The staff Luke and Paul made sure I felt safe on a Sunday evening in a city I didn't know. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Will recommend to those I travel with in the future.Wednesday 29th March 2023
Simon Hirst2 StarAt quick glance this hotel looks smart and modern, however on closer look the finish of the entire hotel is poor, not particularly clean and very tired! If you don’t mind smelling of chip fat by night and a curry through the day this is the place for you! It’s saving grace is a good choice of eating establishments near by!Tuesday 14th March 2023

I am giving 2 stars because it isn’t worth the money. The pictures make the hotel look better than what it is. Overall the hygiene of the hotel let it down.
The hotel had a funny smell and our room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was hair in the shower and silver fish on the bathroom floor. There was a few common furniture beetles in the bedroom area. Although these are common issues and doesn’t reflect the cleanliness all the time, but I can guarantee the room wasn’t cleaned properly.
Biggest positive is that the hotel is connected to a gym with a good weight lifting area.Saturday 6th May 2023
