Fantastic service from enquiry through to delivery and payment. Stevie is an excellent help with product advice and pricing and has never been phased with the fact I constantly change my mind! I've had a few deliveries in the past, but yesterday it was Greg who delivered, he called to advise on arrival time, then when he arrived he asked where I wanted all the delivery placed and was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I'm well aware the 2 mentioned would not be the only ones working on the order, so thanks to all involved. Great job!

Great experience with IBT. Competitive prices and quick delivery. The delivery driver was also so lovely... I've never had building materials delivered so hadn't even thought about where they should be laid on the driveway. He helped me with this which was kind! I also loved how professional the uniform was and how clean the truck was. It's the little things, but really emphasises the quality of the organisation!

Great place for all your garden improvements with large range of timber , fencing , paving and much more. Staff are always friendly and happy to help with any enquiries, they are knowledgeable about all the stock and can help with all your measurements etc. Much more than your average builders merchants with reasonable delivery rates for all your bulky goods. Would recommend to anyone
