First and foremost, this has been the best crew of individuals within any letting agency I've ever worked with. The amount of care that I've seen displayed towards my landlord and what I have experienced has been truly outstanding and I genuinely appreciate it! Upon moving back to the UK, finding a house quick was immediately on the books for me. Lynsey and Abigail made it all possible with how effortless their approach was. They ensured I was taken care of the whole entire way, it's not the whole "get them in the house ASAP and then no follow up with communication" that some other letting agencies have within their staff. If there are any properties that you find interest in, that are let through IMS, don't think twice. Give them a call/email and reach out! Behind the busy business of property, the way that every single person in IMS carries themselves and how they treated me through out my moving experience absolutely solidifies how amazing of a team they actually are. All of their services provided have been stellar as well, there's no cutting corners/turning an eye to things within the staff as well which is wonderful to see! Very grateful to be letting through IMS.

Fantastic experience working with IMS. Lynsey has been wonderful taking the time to understand what sort of property I wanted to rent and then showing me suitable houses and taking time to explain and show the house and the area. Abigail has been wonderful helping and explaining with the admin for renting and answering my basic questions :-) and Abbi helping with the insurance. They have done this in amazing time, just over a week from seeing the house to moving in. Thank you so much for such brilliant service and your support.
