Impressed with the respect care and understanding of the staff over gluten free needs. Allergen information sheet was great and extra care shown by ordering at the counter for further checks. The Thai chicken rice bowl is absolutely delicious- my new favourite fast food eatery.

A poor version of yo sushi, overpriced and low in quality. By the look and price, was expecting a lot more. The bowls are not as shown on the menu, but a cartboard tall one to go, instead of wide, even eating in, all disposables. Rolls are not good at all. Liked the egg in the bowl and the nigiris, but doesn't worth it. Won't repeat

We love itsu. This was our first time coming to this one. We sat in and wasn't the best one we had. And came in a box instead of a plate when we have eaten in before (in Bristol) I was able to breastfeed in her and felt very comfortable so that was fab.

Complete waste of money. We ate in and nothing came as presented on the menu when you choose your food. For example, the coconut chicken and rice, comes in a “pot” as a soup so all the rice falls to the bottom yet in the photo, it came presented on a plate. The Edamame comes chilled (who eats it cold?!) but doesn’t tell you that either. Basically, wasted £15 on food i did not eat. Such a waste of expectation and money. Will not be going back.

I never ever leave a bad review, but today I have to. The service I received today was completely unprofessional. I noticed that Itsu was recently opened at Cribbs Causeway, so today I popped in to grab some sushi rolls around 6:20pm. I tried to see what’s left in the fridge and sales person, who was dusting the walls, just told me to not stand behind the fridge. So I asked him how can I check what can I get, he just said - from the screen and carried on dusting. The sales person didn’t try to help or serve me at all, so I just left. It was very quiet there and only two customers were sitting who saw what happened. Please could you provide the relevant training to that person? For such a quiet evening it’s not acceptable to provide this type of service which resulted minus 1 customer.
