James will work around those who are not available when dates are provided and will endeavour to provide alternative dates. My daughter and son in law recommended James. He's been cleaning their windows for a year now. I wanted my windows done as well as the gutters and facias on my bungalow. James called round to look first and I was thrilled with his quote for the work. He emptied the gutters too while he was out there. He always texts to say when he is coming round and as a pensioner, gives me comfort to know when to expect him. He is always on time. Thank you.
