About Me
In the past five years the way in which we buy and sell property has dramatically changed. No longer do you need a big brand or a high street office loaded with sales people to sell your home. You just need one fully committed experienced and trusted advisor who you deal with from start to finish. I have been selling homes in the South of London now for almost 10 years having started my career in Surrey then joined one of London’s biggest estate agencies where I progressed quickly to become a Branch Director. In 2022 I took the decision to set out on my own so that I could offer the new modern way of selling homes to those who want a totally individual and personal service. No more dealing with the office junior, no more ‘out of office’ replies, just the same face and first class level of service from start to finish.
Property has always been a passion of mine, my father being an architect is most likely where I get my eye for detail and his desire to renovate houses and move numerous times over my childhood could be why I’ve ended up as an Estate Agent!
Between myself and my partner Toni we have almost 15 years experience in this industry, she works in Property Management for a well-known agent in Croydon.

Doggee Daycare5 StarThis was not an easy sale but Jack kept his cool throughout even when dealing with un-cooperative solicitors and lenders, and he also kept me sane too! He went above and beyond to make it happen.
Having dealt with high street agents prior to Jack I really do like the personal service that Jack offers, dealing with just one person and being able to message with quick responses makes all the difference, and Jack really knows his stuff.

Their marketing efforts, such as taking pictures during snowy weather, quickly became outdated. They sent various agents who lacked commitment and knowledge, resulting in uninterested visitors.
In contrast, Jack's approach was refreshingly candid. He provided a well-supported, realistic price and employed innovative marketing techniques that showcased the house beautifully. While the number of viewers was limited, they were genuinely interested buyers.
