If they have insufficient drivers to make an order they simply shouldn't accept the order. Instead they waited 20minutes before cancelling. Will not order to be disappointed again when there are many more reliable options

First time I’ve had a takeaway from Jade Garden and won’t be returning. Was going to take 1 1/2 hours to deliver so I collected it. While the pork chow mien was tasty the pork was dried up and over cooked. The coated prawns in sauce were really tough and over cooked and there was so much sickly gloopy flavoured sauce it wasn’t pleasant. Wasn’t happy with this takeaway.

I'm a local regular and have been ordering for a long time now and always enjoy the food so compliments to the chef and a big thank you to the young lady who answers the phone to take the order as she's always very polite.

Such a shame as food really good. Delivery was 1 hour 40 mins after being told it would be an hour. Need to get new delivery drivers as he said he had just left but the takeaway told us they had left ages ago. Only order from here if you are going to collect.

Last week we had a horrible Chinese takeaway experience from a place in Clifton, so we were still craving it, we ordered from here tonight and was estimated about 1 hour delivery, and it came early which is great as it was quite late when we ordered, the crispy duck was lovely, could do with maybe an extra pancake or 2 though! The mains were lovely and everything was cooked perfectly, and we enjoyed a munchy box too!!
