I have always loved food from here, unfortunately the salt and pepper prawns was a really thick hard batter and over cooked.when they are not normally so im not sure what has happened. I rang to let them no and she said she would just tell the chef. I ordered 2 portions which cost 13 pound and a refund or replacement wasn't offered. Will not be ordering these again. The duck and spring roll are always beautiful though. Very bad customer service, I had to pay for the food twice, they have taken the money our from my account and also they were asking to pay with cash. I have already reported this website. This was my favourite takeaway but the past few orders were just very bad one order came with cigarettes ashes on the curry sauce, I also have pictures from that order and now they have charged me twice for one order. Always great food , I live in Penistone s36 and order from there as its great food , friendly staff , clean shop and I can order on line and pay at either shop or with my card

This used to be a nice take away. But i feel the chef must have changed as the prawn toasts i ordered were burnt and tasted sour. The chow mein was jut noodle no onions or bean sprouts in it. the pork balls was dense batter and not much meat. I am afraid we shall not be ordering from here again

I bought King prawns in sweet and sour sauce. I used to buy this every week til jade git a bad hygiene review BUT I felt welcomed and as if established was clean when I went recently. I will bo again soon
