Unfortunately I have found in my dealing with this business that they have lied to me about the service they were offering. Having used them as a mortgage broker for my house renewal I was advised that upon paying a £500 fee I would subsequently qualify to have any future mortgage proposals arranged free of charge. Having attempted to apply this I have been advised that this is not the case and would have to pay the full £500 fee for every mortgage renewal which I would not have paid in the first place for a broker to complete some paperwork for me. I would not recommend this business for any financial dealings as I have found them to be untrustworthy and unhelpful.
