First time in Norwich- had just visited the big shop which was just a lovely experience. I had a tired, hungry one year old while my dinosaur mad four year old marvelled at your dinosaur selection. The cafe staff couldn't have been MORE helpful and even carried my tray over. Then I wandered past the art shop. They gave me fantastic advice which was very much appreciated.

Extremely disappointed... I called on Monday to enquire about size and price of ordnance survey maps for planning and was told that the man was too busy to help with telephone enquiries so I explained that I live 1hr away and she said I'd need to come in to which I replied "OK I will come tomorrow".... I came today only to be told that the man who does the OS maps is off today. Absolute joke and waste of my time. Poor customer service. I will certainly not be using Jarrolds again.

Your Saturday staff need to learn some customer service skills. Too busy leaning on shelves and gossiping to realise I was waiting at the till, even though I walked past them, neither looked up. They continued their conversation whilst serving me. No greeting, just started to swipe my items. I've got 25+ years of customer service training and have been on Jarrold training courses and I know that this isn't how they would expect there staff to behave.
