Kerry Maxwell5 StarI purchased a pair of earrings from Jazz whilst holidaying in Crieff in 2020. I was absolutely delighted with them and generally really impressed with the shop - the friendliness of Tom, the owner, and the quality and price of the pearl jewellery items - unique and great value for money! Imagine my disappointment when I very recently lost one of said earrings. :-( I called the shop to ask about purchasing a replacement. Tom was incredibly kind and said just to send him back the other one for matching - he then sent me a replacement totally free of charge! Such friendly customer service, going above and beyond, is such a rare thing these days. Thank you so much Tom and I hope to return and add to my collection one day. Great range of different jewellery, scarves and bags, at affordable prices. Really good quality, soft leather bags, at prices that don't break the bank.
