He is extremely knowledgeable and can always find a way to solve whatever problem comes up. He responds quickly to contacts and is always cheerful and helpful. Aitec Conferences5 StarJoseph is extremely knowledgeable. We have used him several times to organise our internet and laptops. He is amazingly quick and will even come out on weekends. Also very good humoured about our lack of knowledge! He is also excellent at coming up with solutions to what we think are insurmountable problems.
