Evie makes leasing from JCP an easy decision. She’s been so responsive, helpful, and makes us feel like we matter to JCP. Leasing through a third-party offers a lot of advantages, but requires a high degree of trust from the tenant to the agent. Evie builds trust and has been completely reliable.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Rented accommodation which has not been cleaned, has an infestation of slugs in 2 rooms, has cheap ill fitting features, including curtains and a wardrobe that collapsed when used. Only 3 out of 15 spot lights working and numerous promises to fix, which have all turned out to be blatant lies. Do not rent from this company.

We bought our house of JCP and then when our plans changed so that we were no longer returning to Oxford we used them to rent it out. We are generally really pleased with the standard of service and would definitely recommend them over other estate agents we have had more negative experiences with. The attitude of the staff is extremely positive and although you can sometimes tell they are a bit overloaded they generally get back to us in a timely manner and are always extremely helpful and engaged. Our contact Amir is great at explaining the course of action ahead of a particular problem and on more than one occasion he has gone the extra mile to make sure we're not over-quoted for a job!

Moving into a new house is often characterised by many weeks of stress. This was not the case for us, thanks to the wonderfully efficient, professional, and friendly service from JCP Estate Agents, and from Evie in particular. Although a minor point, whenever I telephoned, she always answered me using my name. I didn't feel like 'just another customer'. JCP should be very proud to have Evie working on their team, and as a result of her excellent service, my partner and I are looking forward to a smooth and stressless move next month.
