Good equipment and nice building but it looks like it’s been run right down by lack of management. Completely unusable WiFi and also in a signal black spot. Have to get staff to let you into gym because if this and not able to use your phone to play music. Blown out speakers pumping crackly music and changing rooms that constantly smell. Basic hygiene measures removed. No hand sanitiser or blue roll on the site. Machines are always sticky with no way of cleaning them…. Gross Staff have said this was done to save cost.

In the room at the back, the ceiling is falling, I mean it. I was doing my workout and pieces of cement and paint fell from the ceiling. Check the video how the ceiling looks. The toilets are horrible, the flush button many times didn't work and those lockers are a joke. £23 for this? It's a shame!

Not bad at all. I tend to go in the early mornings or around noon so I haven’t experienced it being super packed as other commenters have said. Really good variety of machinery and lots of weight stands, racks, and benches available. Some of the equipment is a bit old but hey, I’m not expecting the latest & greatest, especially not at this price point.

This is a decent enough gym for a good price. They have a good range of equipment, from bikes, running, rowing and step machines, to free weights and bars. It's usually very busy 5-7pm weekdays. I find the best time is weekends around 1pm. I only wish there was more natural light inside, and they had more than two flat bench presses.

There is a new manager who has taken over. This young lady is upgrading a lot of the equipment. A great leader leading a great team. It's a really good vibe and a great experience.
