Just kids working in shop no organisation some we ginger root standing talking to his mates refusing to go look for my trainers even though I'd been at the till 10 minutes already absolute joke shop

I was there with my son for a new pair of trainers. I had to ask on 2 occasions for him to try on a pair of shoes. We where not sure of his size as kids grow so fast. They do not have a foot measure. I asked the member of staff to which they replied we are not a shoe shop. Well you are selling shoes. Are you not. So the staff eventually had to get several pairs of to try on. having tried a pair of trainers and my son was happy with the size we were asked to proceed to the till. once we stood at the queue for the till and the staff member then said they could only find one of the shoes I just told them to forget about it. We had been in the store for 30 minutes. Total terrible experience ) service,and we will not be back. Internet is your best friend.

Stodd for 35 minutes waiting for a trainer size and got ignored. 1 guy running about trying to help everyone whilst others just standing talking and pretending to be busy fixing clothes and other pointless things while several people all waiting on help with trainers. Very poorly managed.

I went into the JD Sports shop in Abbeycentre in mid-January. There was quite a big sale on that day. JD sometimes do exceptional bargains in foot-wear but usually when I go to buy a pair of such trainers they don't have my size despite the fact that the shoes on display say they are available in my size. You would think that the first time this happens the display would be amended to reflect this. Otherwise the shop is very colourful, the staff very helpful, there are good bargains to be had and the stock is of very good quality. I always like going into the shop.
