Jemma’s services are fully mobile  and she can travel to your home, hotel or venue to make your wedding wishes come true. Trials can be done at your home or if you are not local to Leicester, you are more than welcome to have your trial run at Jemma’s home. Trials are usually done 4-12 weeks before the big day to ensure that you can relax and enjoy the run up to your wedding. Jemma has done many types of wedding hair and makeup styling including fusion weddings, vintage, bohemian themes, gay weddings, gothic / alternative weddings and second time around weddings. She is very approachable and knowledgable in many areas of the wedding industry and will guide you through the process accordingly. Jemma is passionate about cruelty free makeup and can even cater for brides requiring vegan friendly makeup and hair products – just mention it during the point of booking. Jemma is against animal testing and loves to use makeup lines such as Fenty Beauty, Hourglass, Tarte, as well as selected items from Urban Decay, Charlotte Tilbury and Huda Beauty. Vegan / Cruelty free lashes are used as standard.

Jemma did an absolutely fantastic job for my wedding hair and make up and the hair and make up of my two bridesmaids and the make up of my mum. I have really fine hair and not the greatest skin and Jemma immediately put my mind at ease, both at the trial and on the wedding day and managed to do a fantastic job and work round these issues. Jemma kept me calm and relaxed on the wedding morning, it was more like having another friend in the room! Everyone said how lovely I looked and the hair and make up stayed perfect all day, I didn’t have to do any touch ups. Jemma was also great at responding to my initial enquiries quickly. I would highly highly recommend this lovely lady for your big day 😊

Highly recommend Jemma for all your hair and make up needs. She’s lovely as well as great at what she does. Jemma did my wedding hair and makeup, I loved it and so did everyone else. She also did my bridesmaids makeup, they all looked stunning. Jemma is relaxed but professional. I booked Jemma to do my hair and make up for my wedding day on the 13th August 2022, she also did my mum's and my bridesmaids hair and make up. They all turned out absolutely perfect and the girls all loved it thank you! I had the hair and make up trial back in February which I loved and is well worth doing so you can get a feel for how you will look on the big day. On the wedding day I changed my mind on how I'd like my hair, mainly due to it being a really hot day and asked her to change it to a plait which she gladly did and it turned out perfect. My make up and hair stayed perfectly in place all day despite how hot it was and how much I cried on the day. Jemma is a pleasure to be around, so friendly and makes you feel so relaxed, even though I was very stressed with all the wedding stuff going on, she still managed to make me feel some sort of calm on the day. She even helped me do up my corset dress once it was time for me to get into our taxi to the venue. Thank you so much Jemma, you were amazing I cannot believe how my make up stayed in place and I cried...a lot! 😄 100% recommend Jemma to anyone, she is a miracle worker and an absolute diamond! 🥰😁 Becky - the new Mrs Ward 👰🏼‍♀️😁 xx
