Hello, and welcome.
I am Jennie's Threads Studio, or if you are looking for my Facebook page Jennie's Threads, I am from Failsworth in Manchester.
I fully discovered my passion for creating all things made with fabric around two years ago, but in recent months i have stepped it up a gear, and now I run my own small business part time while still working four days a week.
I have enjoyed many 'crafty' hobbies since being a child, art and drawing, however, are not my strong points so I found other ways of expressing myself. I started knitting when I was around ten or eleven. At 13 I started cross stitching (a hobby I still enjoy to this day), as much as I love cross stitch I wanted quicker results... So I found my way into machine sewing. I have never looked back.
I love trying new things (so don't be afraid to ask for commission pieces) but I also have some old favorites that I can make repeatedly and never got bored of.
If you see something you like but want it in a different fabric, or style, or size, then please let me know, I will always do my best to accommodate you. More importantly I will also let you know if it is out of my depth, I will never take a project on if I feel I can not make it to a high quality.
Thank you for reading my story, if you have any questions please drop me a line.
