Unfortunate events delayed my delivery that could have delayed the whole project but the team at the aberdare branch pulled out all the stops to get my delivery in time for things to go ahead as planned 👍

Left my items outside in the rain (including plasterboards) as they would not go into an EMPTY GARAGE to deliver them due to covid??? Instead they left a women struggle with the items before the rain could do any more damage to them. If she had stepped away from the garage what would the risk of covid have been to the delivery guys?? Get it that you need to work safely but come on what was the risk?? Pure laziness, nothing more !!! Try treating each delivery on its own individual risk basis instead of hiding behind covid guidelines!!! Will never use you again...
