Absolutely appalling, treated like a second class citizen, the man behind the counter who l raised a request for a cracked slab to be replaced was close to being surly and almost accused me of trying to cheat. When on my request to see the manager and he appeared the same attitude prevailed and l was told evidence of the cracked slab would have to be given, that had been crushed and used for ballast so couldn't be produced. Having bought seventy of the slabs and personally unpacked them seeing the faulty one and immediately informing Jewson's l would have expected a more sympathetic attitude would have been present, but no just very poor customer service which l will never again experience as Jewson's are on my no go list.
