Steven Ward5 StarAs a vegan it’s often difficult to have meals with family and friends especially when it’s at a carvery/gastro-pub. But I have to say the best, friendliest and most accommodating place I have ever had the pleasure of dining at!
From the moment I entered, we were greeted warmly - after explaining about my dietary requirements Jill and her partner went above and beyond to ensure I had a large hearty meal which was absolutely delicious.

Brian Lee5 StarJust ordered two of the dinners from here as I thought like other’s places they might be small portions. Definitely not lots of meats and vegetables Yorkshire pudding gravy, and for someone who doesn’t eat cooked carrots I ate these absolutely delicious top marks to the chef. I would give 10 stars for that dinner and since I ordered two I’ve got one for tomorrowThursday 24th November 2022
Helen Richardson5 StarThe food is amazing as always with huge portion sizes for those who have a large appetite.
I suffer from M.E and Fibromyalgia and I find ordering from the wonderful Jilly and team is the best way to get a fantastic fresh home cooked meal for our family when I'm not well enough to cook for us.
We're never disappointed with whatever we order.
The food always arrives piping hot and on real plates.
The beef is always melt in the mouth and the desserts are to die for.
(I'm only to sorry to hear that Jilly and team don't always get their plates returned.)
