I ordered brake pads from ebay and I gave my reg no. before ordering. I was advised that this is the correct part. Actually they were not correct so I sent them back. I got a refund but I had to pay for return postage. Jjc are denying that it was there fault as I never told them what variant my car is. Maybe that's because I wasn't asked! If this is an issue then they should have asked me first rather than just assuming. Completely incompetent and cost me £5.66 in return postage.Friday 13th March 2020
