I was so fortunate to experience a vision board session with Jo. She is amazing at helping you see your challenges from a different perspective which brings new problem-solving techniques. (It's as though you see your challenges as a triangle, but Jo helps you see it as a pyramid.) I can highly recommend Jo as a life coach. :)

I cannot recommend Jo highly enough. I worked with Jo for a relatively short time (to resolve a particular issue) but she packed a lot of help and support into that short time. Approachable and not afraid to encourage you to explore areas you have been avoiding within your business. Jo provides the support and encouragement you need to move out of your comfort zone and take control of the areas of your life where you are not being as effective as you might be. She has a knack for getting to the heart of a problem and helping you to unpick it and come to your own conclusions about how best to proceed forward. I've had a number of a-ha moments as a result of working with Jo and my business and work-life balance are improved as a result.

Jo has supported The Air Ambulance Service since the beginning of the pandemic and I can’t rate her highly enough. Her sensitive approach to all subjects makes her so easy to engage with and her positivity always shines through. So much so, it is infectious. Jo’s sessions have really inspired our teams and lifted their spirits in these truly difficult times.
