When we have required the engineer to attend to deal with an alarm issue, the response has been both quick and efficient. Remote Monitoring5 StarJKE have been a fantastic support for GUK, we have used them for both alarm and CCTV installations and have received a professional service. Communication has been great, we’ve always been able to pick up the phone and speak to Dan/Tom & Sam to discuss upcoming jobs. Installations have been completed on time, within the quoted price and to a high standard, engineers have always been friendly and professional to deal with.
