Professional, friendly, value for money. Excellent customer service from point of contact to the end. Ashley was very helpful and friendly on the phone. John changed my electric smoke detectors and heat sensor. Used them for the first time and won't be looking anywhere else for any other electrical jobs!🙂

John has done electrical repairs for us on a couple of occasions. Each time he has made an effort to come as quickly as possible and has carried out the work effectively. The first time he repaired a light fitting that had worn out and also fitted a replacement (wired-in) smoke alarm as we were having trouble with false alarms. He needed to go and buy an extra fitting as I didn't have the correct one, and he did that quickly and without any complaint. The second time he did fantastic work to find out why our cooker would not work. Another electrician had looked it over and said the fault must be with the cooker, so we should buy a new one. I thought it must be something to do with the switch and asked John to have a look. He took the time to track down the problem and saved us spending money on a new cooker when we didn't need to. He also gave helpful advice about the wiring we would need if we did replace the cooker. I am very happy to recommend JMN Electrical for a professional and helpful service.
