Jessica Cooke1 StarWriting on behalf of my mother. After paying £95 for a full head of highlights and a blow, no cut.
She left the salon noticing that the highlight foils had bled and that the colour was ginger instead of blonde.
She contacted the salon and was told she could come back and have this rectified.
After returning to the salon, hair rushed again only 2/3 foil packets put in front of hair, asked she would lean her head forward over sink so they didn’t have to wash the hair, after she refused they left her with wet hair.
Hair colour still not put right, spoke with the Manager Hannah who told her she could not put anymore highlights in it and she would not give a refund as she had used the products.
Also would not comment on the bleed foil.

Daniel Turner1 StarBought £70 vouchers for a Christmas present for my girlfriend.
Vouchers were written on a flimsy bit of paper and looked atrocious. They didn’t have official vouchers. When she tried to use them on the day she was told she had to use them for a specific hair stylist and therefore couldn’t use them. This wasn’t explained when purchasing the vouchers and in all honesty will not be using them again.

lmcg lmcg1 StarHaving been to this salon several times for colour treatments, root touch ups and cuts today was the last time I'll return. After having roots done and a quick dry off so my hair wasn't wet but still damp as I usually do, I was charged £50 which included the cost of a full blow dry that took at most 5 minutes and didn't actually involve any attention besides pointing the hairdryer at my head.
