Excellent food. They had a staff shortage but informed us in advance and as promised it was exactly 45 minutes before our dishes arrived. That was good proactive communication to customers. Much appreciated. Definitely going again. Our favourite North Manchester food venue.

Love the chicken ranch burger! Always cooked to perfection. Hot & tasty. The team are very friendly here and always go out of their way to make conversation with you. The pub looks fantastic, credit to the Manager who always keeps it looking fresh and inviting.

Really nice pub with a lovely atmosphere. The only thing that let it down is the food. The food is very nice but for the price there is such small portions. We ordered a few snacks to share of garlic bread, onion rings and chips. what arrived was 3 very small bits of bread, a handful of chips and just four onion rings for approx £14.00.

Nice place; poor food quality and quantity Pros: nice feel to the place, drinks selection good, friendly and professional staff. Cons: food a disappointment. Ordered 'half roast chicken' and got a small chicken leg. Friend ordered 'hunters chicken' and got a small portion in a separate small plate placed on his main plate. Salad was 2 small tomatoes cut in half with some green leaf. Felt we'd wasted our money. I'd advise only go here as a strictly 'drinks only' place.
