BEWARE & KEEP AWAY! THIS COMPANY BODGES JOBS, GIVES FALSE PROMISES, CLAIMES THEY ARE MEMBERS OF TRADE BODY SSAIB (THEIR NOT), TAKES DEPOSITS THEN TURNS UP ON DAY 1, CAUSES OVER £1000 OF DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE, RAN THE WRONG CABLING AND DID THAT EXTERNALY SO THAT CABLES CAN BE CUT BY ANYONE WANTING TO DISABLE CCTV. DAY 2 DIRECTOR DARREN MOOD MAKES EXCUSE ABOUT A LIFE CHANGING ILLNESS IN ORDER NOT TO COME (WHICH HE DOESNT HAVE OTHERWISE HE WOULD BE BED RIDDEN, HE HAS ALSO USED THE SAME EXCUSE TO OTHERS THAT HE'S EITHER TAKEN DEPOSITS FROM OR DONE A BODGED JOB AT, AND VERY RECENTLY TOO), THEN EVERY DAY AFTER FOR 4 WEEKS HE SCREENS YOUR CALLS & THE GREASY LITTLE RAT (PUTTING IT POLITELY) RUNS AWAY WITH YOUR DEPOSIT AND LEAVES YOU HAVING TO FIND A REPUTABLE INSTALLER ELSEWHERE TO RIP OUT THE WRONG CABELING AND SORT THE MESS. HE EVEN LEFT CARPET LOOSE & INSECURE ON THE 3RD FROM TOP STEP ON MY STAIRS (THAT WAS NEEDLESSLY PULLUED UP) IN A HOME WHERE I, THE CLIENT, HAVE A SPINAL INJURY AND HAVE TO USE 2 CRUTCHES TO GET AROUND, HE EVEN TOLD ME AND I QUOTE "BE CAREFUL ON THE STAIRS I DONT WANT YOU TO FALL, I HAVENT GOT THE RIGHT TOOL TO SECURE THE CARPET WITH ME TODAY BUT I WILL BRING IT TOMORROW', WHICH HE NEVER DID AS I NEVER SEEN HIM AGAIN! HE ALSO SERNT ME A TEXT TELLING ME THE SAME WHICH I STILL HAVE! This company is a joke! The reputable installer I had to find to correct the work couldn't believe his eyes when he seen the needless damage and bodge jobs all over the house and the type of cable he was running, he had never seen anything so bad in over 15 years of doing the job! I have since heard more horror stories about this company too! I have evidence in the form of pictures to back up what I'm saying. If Google had ZERO stars with BEWARE written by the side in stead of 1 - 5 stars I would use that! I have wrote letters they have gone unanswered and there are numerous other customers who who have sued the company and haven't got anything, Credit Records back this up. Companies House check is also interesting. I found this FRAUD of a so called company through RatedPeople. There is 1 good review on there undoubtedly written by themselves or a friend! Please go elsewhere and find an accredited SSAIB Installer and do your background checks before parting with any deposits be it via cheque or cash. With an SSAIB accredited company you have assurances as these companies have to adhere to strict rules and regulations and are audited on a regular basis. I learned the hard way and lost over £300 (which was what I paid as a deposit) along with a further £1000 to correct the damage in my home, please don't let that happen to you! To the Directors Mr Darren John Mood and Miss Samantha Thompson. You are a disgrace and a fraud, I would really like you to contact me and reimburse me my £300 deposit and £1000 damages to my property. But your not honest or honourouble business owners, you a sharlottens and fraudsters who will keep on doing the same to others again and again. I hope that one day a law is passed that makes sure fraudsters like you will never be able to own any type of business ever again.
