I placed an order for Father’s Day on 23rd May thinking this would be more than enough time for my items to arrive. I got a delivery on 1st June and I was very pleased with the items received but it was missing a keyring and glass tankard. I messsaged through the website and some called me almost instantly. The man was very helpful apologising and explained the glass takes longer so it would arrive on 2nd June and he would also send the missing keyring. The keyring arrived but no glass. I contacted twice through website last week and no reply then on Wednesday through my account where my reply was this is first time you have contacted please email. I’ve emailed twice now and sent messages again through my account and no reply. It is now my husbands first Father’s Day tomorrow and part of his present is missing! It’s unlikely to arrive today and I would like a refund however no contact from company and the phone number on google is not for that company!! Really disappointed.. the items I received are good but customer service is shocking!!

Please do not waste your time and money ordering from this company!! 7 weeks later and I still haven’t received my item (I don’t even think it was ever sent out). They provide awful customer service and don’t reply to messages and emails...I received a 👍 as a response when I asked 3 weeks ago if my item was on its way. Such a shame the item I ordered was a birthday present for my brother ...his birthday was at the end of May!! I hate to leave negative reviews and I even gave them an opportunity to try and put this right before leaving this one but they didn’t even bother to respond!! I just wish I had took the time to read the reviews before ordering as it seems to be a reoccurring problem with this company. I shall now be pursuing a refund via Paypal!!

This company are dreadful. I ordered products when they had an 80%off sale and they never fulfilled my order. Firstly, after numerous attempts to contact them, they said they had sent it, then they said they would redo the order and told me it would take 1 to 5 days. They said they would then send it next dat delivery. After more times of trying to contact them, 8 days later I received a message telling me they were refunding me. They had no intention of making my order and made up lie after lie and left me with no gifts to give for at least 2 upcoming birthdays.

Absolutely awful experience! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! Placed an order for 2 items for fathers day but recieved one! When i emailed a few days after i got a call straight away but the person calling me lectured me and was soo rude! (( read the comments from the owner on the reviews below and you will understand what i mean!!) saying i shudav paid more for delivery even though i paid for standard! And that mugs take longer due to quality checks! Up to this day 3 weeks later still not recived the 2nd item! Do mugs take that long????!!! Emailed repeatedly no response.. asked for a refund but emails getting ignored!!!!

ZERO customer service.. order eventually arrived but not as advertised. So I emailed with photos and was told I’d receive a replacement. Waited a couple of weeks for it to arrive but nothing. Emailed again and again but Still no reply. This has been ongoing since May. The product was personalized but has now faded. Very poor customer service and looking at the replies to other bad reviews they don’t appear to be very professional either. Claiming they have replied to my emails .... yet I am STILL waiting 5 months on ..... I will add LIARS to the list.
