We were very disappointed with the service we received. Our property's only toilet developed a fault on Saturday. A plumber arrived and removed the cistern to stop the leak. We were informed that, as he did not have the necessary parts with him the repair would not be until Monday, but that he would book us in for an early morning call. On Monday, we contacted the call centre, to be told a two hour time window for the job. After nearly four hours of waiting, we rang, only to be told that no plumber was available, and that the job would have to wait until Tuesday. Later in the afternoon we were contacted and told that a plumber 'had become available', and that the job could be carried out after all. Happily that has now happened, and the work completed. The contradictory information received throughout caused some inconvenience, especially as my partner and I have four children living with us in the property

Absolutely shocking tactics by this company..failed to carry out works properly in one of my customers home then blamed my company for their failures
