Headteacher’s Welcome

At Kay Rowe we believe that children are naturally curious about the world around them and it is our job to make them feel safe, happy and relaxed at nursery so they are able to explore, play and learn from all the exciting learning opportunities we can offer. Our nursery is an inclusive setting where all children can follow their interests supported by interested and qualified staff. Staff at kay Rowe want children to feel really excited about learning and they know that the way they listen and interact with children will help them progress.

We are passionate about outdoor learning, we have a wonderful garden which is open all year round and is where much of the children’s play takes place. We have an established Forest school programme, Forest school takes part in our garden and in local woods.

I am so proud of our whole diverse school community, parents, children, staff and carers. Everyone has an important role to play in the life of the children at our nursery and by working together we will all improve children’s opportunities.
