He took me to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary for my appointment under general anaesthetic and he made me feel very calm and showed me so much respect. Please pass on my thanks!

From the initial enquiry the staff were helpful and dealt with my query in a professional manner. The driver was on time and the cab was spotless. The driver was again helpful and explained where we could be picked up at the end of the concert. Excellent customer service from beginning to end!

Absolutely shocking that Kelvin set themselves up as a monopoly in East Kilbride and then don’t take on requests for services from Disabled users for essential repeat journeys…. What company doesn’t want £3,000 over 6 months from a repeat client? Being screened by staff as management not taking calls. Well that’s one long time, repeat customer who won’t use the service again. EDIT: You had your opportunity to discuss this at length, by the three phone calls management refused to take - and the two emails you also refused to acknowledge.
