Used the services for an MOT and car service. Communication was very clear and they use a great traffic light service to determine safety of the different parts of your vehicle. Didn't feel like they forced repairs and were very open and honest about it. The guys on the desk felt welcoming and seemed to enjoy a joke which was nice. Video sent through to explain different parts of the vehicle's health which was very informative. Will use again next year of still in the area. Just be careful that the entrance is reasonably hidden, but can easily turn around if you drive past it, as I did.

Excellent! I drive 25 miles (past my local Ford garage) to bring my car here for service and repairs. They diagnosed and fixed a fault another Ford and independent garage had several failed attempts at; they conduct business in a polite and transparent way; and give great follow up customer service.

Needed parts for a 17 year old car. Got excellent advice, gently given. Then, on my request, advice about alternatives. Two days later went back, ordered the parts and am expecting them next week. Was a bit worried; have now relaxed. A good experience.
