Highly recommend Key Lets, we rented our first home with key lets and everything was seamless and Kyle was always on hand to any problems we had which were few. Very professional and easy to work with, really appreciate everything we have loved our time at our first home!

Very easy to deal with! Organized a visit to a house for rent and was able to get everything sorted and moved in very quickly. Kyle was accommodating, and everything was very easy and hassle-free. :)

I leased a room for just over a year through Key Lets NI. Kyle couldn't do enough to keep tenants happy. He was always ultra-responsive when we raised issues, was never difficult to deal with, and did everything above board. I moved out on Wed 21 Dec and had my deposit back the very same day. It was a pleasure to deal with Kyle at Key Lets NI and to deal with the landlords Paul and John Rice (John could talk for Ireland - we were well matched!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them all to anybody looking for accommodation in Belfast. You won't go wrong with them!

I enquired about a property- TWICE- and instead of a response, I found out MYSELF by looking on their website and property pal that the property had been taken off. Like seriously would it have killed someone to take 2 minutes to write a quick email saying that it was no longer available??? Unbelievable.

If i could give 6 stars, i would. Kyle and Paul were exceptionally professional and helpful. They respond very promptly, extremely professional and everything sorted out very quickly. If you are looking for rental agents around Belfast region, i surely recommend them entirely!
