I called on Christmas Eve and received a call back from an associate of Alan Lowe. In fairness he came over on Xmas eve with a fee of £180. He spent an hour at the house and came up with some suggestions. I asked if he could email/text me the recommendations to which he agreed. I have heard nothing since. I would have expected more customer service for a fee of £180 per hour. I was told on 5 occasions that the advice I was being given was worth every penny. I would say the advice was sound however the fact that I was given a hand written receipt from a non specific invoice book (no company name/registration/etc), did not receive the promised follow up and now need to start again with a new engineer is very disappointing!
