Stephanie K. Walford5 StarI hadn’t been to a gym in years and was a bit worried about going again and not knowing what I was doing. The staff here have all been lovely and incredibly helpful and kind. Kyle took the time to show me how everything worked and set up an app for me to help me plan my workouts during my free new member activation. There are videos to show you how to use the machines correctly if you forget. The app also shows you how many machines are free so you can kind of see how busy it is before you head there. I can’t recommend this place enough. You really do get a lot for your membership fee. The free one day pass is really helpful if you want to just have a look and see what it’s like before committing to a membership, too. Just wish they were open a bit later at the weekend but I understand that people need a break sometimes and the weekend is a good time for the staff to finish earlier.Saturday 9th July 2022
