Most certainly the best colour/ cut I have ever had!! I presented Kerry my stylist with various pictures and ideas and she listened attentively. The results were exactly as I’d hoped. I have had the pleasure of having my hair cut and coloured by Kerry, Maria and Jason (the owner )and have always left the salon being so very happy with the results. If you are in search of a new salon offering stylists with years of experience and knowledge, you must check out these guys… they are simply amazing X

I am continually impressed by the services I receive at Kinki. Kerry is my colourist and stylist and she’s a perfectionist. I’m an actress and I have visited many salons over the years from all over the country and it’s very important I trust and find the best. She is honest, professional and most importantly takes care of my hair transformations. Unfortunately there are some bad reviews on here from untrustworthy sources. Please know that they do not reflect the work of a professional like Kerry. I am always taken care of and very happy with my results. Thank you Kinki, Thank you Kerry!

I walked into the hairdresser with beautifully highlighted pink and blonde/silver striped hair and a style that needed trimming, I wanted the regrowth to be filled in with the same stripes (see Pic 1), and the left side longer than the right side, I showed pictures of what I was looking for and they took a before picture as well. After 6 hours and £230 later, I walked out with the worst colour I have every had, from a beautifully highlighted head of pink and blonde stripes, I had dirty pink hair with brown stripes and a really bad cut. I am extremely disappointed, especially as I used this site as a recommendation. I did consider going back to let them fix it, but when I saw the after photos (Pic 2 & 3) I lost faith in this team. I would not recommend!!! Very disappointed!! Worst experience ever!! How do I fix this mess!!! So the saga of this experience continues, I have been in contact with this team and the owner a few times and have asked for my money back, he has refused, told me I should have read the small print on the contract, that I was a really nasty person and a difficult customer, all because I dared to complain. I have also read the response from the hairdresser below and I must admit, talk about not taking responsibility for their bad service and tacky hair cut and colour, they basically blame me and recommend that I need blow drying lessons to get my hair to look good - a good haircut does not need blow drying lessons to make it look good, it falls into place. What a bunch of bull!!

My first time going to this salon, and I will surely be coming back! I was really well informed throughout my appointment and the hairdresser was very friendly, and clearly had a lot of knowledge on colouring hair. I also was nervous to get my hair cut due to some bad experiences with hairdressers, but they put me at ease and really did a good job. Overall I recommend this salon to anyone :)

I see Kerry for cut and colour, I have loads of hair and honestly I cannot say how amazing she is. She’s knowledgeable about colour and takes time to explain in detail what I can expect. I value her professional approach but has a wonderful easy nature to talk to. To say I’m fussy is an understatement but I am truly grateful to an exceptional hairdresser. Thank you for continually giving me wonderful locks x
