Lily from Beckenham branch has been absolutely amazing start to finish with helping find a suitable rental in the area. She never gave up the search for me when other estate agents from other estate agencies have let me down multiple times , Kept me completely in the loop throughout the whole process. She honestly seem to care about me as a tenant which doesn’t happen often . I couldn’t recommend KFH and Lily anymore if I tried and to be honest won’t ever be using any other estate agency if I need one in the future. Thanks again.

We used KFH to sell or flat and they were really excellent. They sent 4 members of their sales team to view our property and speak to us, so they were informed about our flat and able to advise potential buyers. The person who eventually managed the sale (Catherine Wood) was also extremely helpful and engaged throughout the process and kept it all moving. We felt that KFH advised us well and helped us get the sale over the line. We would recommend them.

KFH Beckenham sold my property really quickly. Catherine was assigned to manage and see my sale to fruition, she extremely efficient, hard working, responsive and kept me up to date at every step of the process. All the staff from Maxine initially completing the valuation of my property and all the team who helped with viewings were highly professional. I can't recommend the team at KFH highly enough- I definitely chose the best estate agents in the area.
