After contacting the rugby showroom we were amazed with the high level of service and communication we felt very at ease with the whole experience we did have some components we had selected that they did not stock but this was no problem for this well established company they went out of there way to get my wife what she wanted
Fitting day came and all I can say is wow the fitter arived on time and was very hard working and knowledgeable in his trade this shows from start to finish nothing was to much for the team we had it was all to a very high standard and was effective and a clean working process all protective fittings were put in place and work commenced and wow 3 1/2 days latter my wife has the bathroom of her dreams and has shown it off to all her friends and family
Communication was first class and polite and informed of every step of the way all minor problems were solved and this is to be expected with a complete refit of our small but amazing bathroom
Thank you all for the amazing work and for the bathroom that now matches the perilous of our family home
