Very pleased with the work carried out on my 9 year old SLK. Apart from the scheduled service there were a number of age related issues that needed attention. All was explained to me clearly and the work done was at a reasonable price. When I collected the car the mechanic who worked on it spent a few minutes with me explaining what work he had done and showed me some of the old parts that he had needed to replace. All in all very satisfied and would recommend Klasse for any work you need to be done on your MB .

I have been using Klasse now for 4+ years to look after my Mercedes and the service received from Colin, Elaine and the team has always been fantastic, far better than I ever had back when I used the main dealer. Always helpful and competitively priced, they have access to update the dealer service records, and when parts are replaced, they will show you the parts removed from the car and explain why. Great knowledge base across the team who all understand the importance of customer service. If you have a Mercedes, BMW or Mini, I can't recommend them highly enough.

OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALISM Up until recently I had always had my Mercedes serviced at the dealerships but felt that I wasn’t getting value for money. I checked online for a suitable specialist and came across Klasse Series which had rave reviews. Before booking my V Class in I went along to check it out. When I drove up, Colin came out to meet me and showed me around…..I liked what I saw and he reassured me that he was able to do Mercedes diagnostics, uses only Mercedes parts AND maintains your Mercedes service history. I then met Elaine, the other half of the team who runs everything. I booked my vehicle in for a couple of weeks later. My vehicle has now had a major service. While it was in the garage, I had arranged with Elaine to pay a small sum for their courtesy car for the day, so I was still able to get on with some essential business. Elaine phoned me mid-afternoon to say that my vehicle would be ready within the hour. When I went to collect it, Elaine ran through the work that had been completed which was documented in the paperwork (in concise detail). Together with this I received an itemised invoice AND a Mercedes Service Report. My vehicle had also been cleaned inside and out, and sanitised. The cost for the service was excellent as well. Klasse Series are without doubt the best automotive garage that I have been to……and I have used several for my business. I wish that I had found them sooner. Colin and Elaine and their team of technicians are just the best.
