I purchased a replacement ignition switch from this company via eBay. Mechanic fitted the part which turned out to be defective and not fit for purpose . Returned the part at my own expense and didn't get any response from KMS at all and no refund - absolutely disgusting.
Not only did I get landed with the abortive labour expense of £50 of my mechanic fitting the KMS supplied faulty part , but I also then ended up out of pocket with KMS neither refunding the returned part or return postage costs.Wednesday 2nd March 2022
