A total rip-off and the worst experience ever... A few days ago, I booked a change of braking pads and discs, but they didn't do it correctly. One of the wheels was very hot after driving a few miles. When I called them and tried to explain what happened, the person who answered the phone was very rude and suddenly hung up. They called me back after a few hours, and we scheduled a diagnosis. They told me that they did their job correctly and that my warranty is void because I took the wheel out (I did it to check if they actually changed the breaking pads and discs). They can fix that for £480!!! £369 - replace the caliper and £120 - oil service (it wasn't necessary, oil level was goodand on the time)... I contacted another garage and booked a visit. They fixed that for £54. KN Customs didn't clean and grease parts on the caliper.

EDIT: Still lying, we spoke with YOU directly. we can distinguish whether we are talking to Fixter or to you. :) Conversations with you have been recorded. How is it to accuse a client of being unkind and aggressive if it was you who behaved that way? You continue to lie, very disorderly behaviour. You do your work unreliably, instead of using your brain, you spoil a simple job and want to replace everything so that the customer pays more. I have never been so deceived by a company as here. I have evidence that it is you who have been unkind to us. Stop lying and that's it.
